She has learned a lot in her experience of over 6 years in customer service, but really enjoys everything that comes along with the patient process! Getting to see everyone transform through their orthodontic experience and getting to know all of our great patients and families are some of her favorite parts. Outside of work, Leah enjoys hiking with her dog, shopping and soaking up sunny Colorado days.

Mia (Clinical Team Member)

I am originally from Brazil. I have a bachelor’s degree in languages and I used to be a Portuguese teacher. I moved to the USA a few years ago to be part of an exchange program and learn another language.

In 2019, I decided to start my career in the dental field. I graduated from dental assistant school and started working soon after.

I feel very fortunate that my work allows me to see the changes in our amazing patients and it means I go home in the evening feeling happy. I love being able to help patients have a smile they are proud of.

In my personal life, I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and two beautiful little fur babies. We spend a lot of time renovating our fixer-upper house, but we also love to travel and spend time with our friends and family.
